Description
Infertility affects the emotional balance in a couple’s relationship. Treatments usually take a long time so emotional support is essential as part of the organization of multidisciplinary circuits of care that make possible comprehensive patient care.
Objectives:
-To know the theoretical and practical aspects regarding the communication with patients.
-To acquire communication strategies and skills that improve interpersonal relationships.
-To understand patients at an emotional level at the critical moments of infertility treatments.
-To provide psychological support in order to reduce the physical and emotional cost.
